Резюме
PhotoFiltre is a compact universal raster graphic editor for the Windows operating system. There are commercial and free versions of the program. You do not need to register or confirm SMS. The developer and author of the program – Antonio Da Cruz. The program interface is translated into 26 languages (without English). The graphic editor PhotoFiltre for most tasks can replace the complex Adobe Photoshop. PhotoFiltre is great for learning the basics of computer graphics. This program is perfect for beginners and professionals. Program’s features are designed for easy and quick creation of graphic compositions. It consists of ready-made tools. They help to edit finished photos or drawings, as well as create new works.
