Abstract
Gender Indexes as the Instrument of the New Silk Road Development. . In this paper, we describe the gender aspects of the transit project. The e-resource of National Railways countries-partner within the New Silk Road is analysed, and the level of gender representatives has found. Indicated that only Ukraine singles gender equality at corporate strategy, while China and Kazakhstan, without corresponding declarative, carry out gender-sensitive activities. The comparative analysis of gender indices and sub-indices of the New Silk Road is made. It is actualized the question is actualized the issue of the need to develop integration models that include a gender component in Project Management of the New Silk Road at the level of policy internal customers and external (beneficiaries of transport services).
